Licensing and Permission Requests
If you are interested in using any multimedia content outside of the permitted uses above, please request permission by contacting info@mancinolaw.com with the following information:
- The asset(s) you wish to use
- The intended use and audience
- Your organization or company name
- Duration of intended use (if applicable)
Each request is reviewed individually, and a response will be provided in a timely manner.
Enforcement and Violations
Unauthorized use of any Mancino Law multimedia asset may result in legal action, including but not limited to copyright enforcement and takedown requests. Mancino Law actively monitors for misuse of its content, including online redistribution, uncredited use, and commercial exploitation.
Unauthorized Use
Use of the Mancino Law websites constitutes express consent to security monitoring. Unauthorized access or use of Mancino Law websites, other users’ files, system files, or accounts is prohibited. Systems and equipment are subject to monitoring and protection against unauthorized access, use, and verification of security features and processes. Access, use, or verification control failures are not access authorizations.
